Your responsibilities:
- Lead a motivated, dynamic technical team of around 20 employees
- Plan and coordinate the daily deployment of our service technicians
- Act as the key interface between management, workshop, and administration
- Support customers and suppliers with technical expertise
- Actively contribute to the further development of the entire service department
Your profile:
- Technical education or relevant professional experience in machinery, workshop, or service environments
- Ideally first experience in team leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive mindset
- Professional and solution-oriented approach to customers, partners, and colleagues
