Company Policy / Corporate Principles
Customers
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We achieve this through the timely execution of work, personal, competent and professional advice, an appropriate price for our high-quality services, and precision in workmanship. Direct contact between the customer and management allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to customer requirements and to take them into account immediately, ensuring efficient handling without costly decision-making processes.
Suppliers
We primarily value punctual deliveries, impeccable quality, and competitive market prices. In supplier selection, product quality, brand reputation, and service level also play a significant role. Compliance with agreed delivery terms is monitored via IT systems (price, delivery time, payment terms, etc.). Incoming goods are documented in a structured and transparent manner. Furthermore, we value continuous information from our suppliers regarding new products and technologies. We aim to be a reliable and trustworthy partner, particularly with regard to the punctual fulfillment of agreed payment terms. Supplier relationships are based on a consistently cooperative and partnership-oriented approach.
Employees
Employees are encouraged to act and think independently. We place great importance on precision in work performance. We expect punctuality, concentration, and full commitment from all employees, and in return guarantee fair and timely remuneration.
For management, maintaining personal and collegial relationships with employees, creating a safe and suitable working environment, and fostering motivation and identification with the company are essential. Through continuous training, including in safety-related topics, and daily work briefings, employees are kept fully informed about tasks to be performed, ensuring efficient workflows (high productivity) while simultaneously preventing workplace accidents. Regular renewal of tools, equipment, and machinery also contributes to this. Employees should be made aware of the value of a secure workplace and of the machines, transport equipment, and tools provided to them.
Personal requests from employees regarding holidays, leave, and similar matters are taken into account by management as far as possible.
Environment
We maintain a cooperative and friendly relationship with neighboring companies and businesses in our area to ensure effective collaboration.
We support several local associations and organizations, particularly those engaged in youth work, through sponsorships, advertising, donations, or the provision of promotional materials.
Management
Through efficient pricing strategies and optimized workflows, we aim to remain a strong and competitive player in the market. We also expect every employee to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work quality, processes, and organizational structures.
All employees share responsibility for achieving company objectives and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management
Management implements a structured risk management system to systematically identify, analyze, evaluate, monitor, and control risks and opportunities, in order to reduce risks and implement opportunities. This instrument also supports the goal of continuous improvement.
Occupational Health and Safety
Every employee is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of safety and health protection through personal objectives. All employees share responsibility for occupational safety within their area of work and are obliged to strictly comply with safety regulations and instructions.
Our goal is to prevent accidents and work-related illnesses through occupational health and safety measures and to continuously improve both the management system and its performance through preventive actions. Therefore, we commit to:
- providing safe and healthy working conditions;
- avoiding or eliminating hazards and minimizing risks;
- analyzing accidents, near misses, and hazardous situations in order to derive corrective actions;
- complying with and enforcing applicable occupational health and safety regulations beyond the legal minimum;
- using available management tools such as recognition and corrective feedback;
- addressing unsafe behavior, analyzing its causes, and encouraging behavioral change;
- promoting a safety culture by informing and involving employees, ensuring achievement of safety objectives, and observing safe behavior during regular workplace inspections;
- making occupational safety regulations known to employees and stakeholders and applying them within the company context;
- providing the necessary technical, organizational, financial, and human resources to ensure health and safety;
- dedicating sufficient time to occupational health and safety topics;
- promoting safe behavior through personal leadership and role modeling.
In safety and health training programs, particular attention shall be given to the interaction between humans and technology. Causes of hazards are systematically identified and eliminated through appropriate measures.
This policy is reviewed periodically with employees, is accessible to visitors and customers at the company premises, and is communicated to subcontractors and other interested parties upon request by the Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Manager.
